Are internships paid? +
As long as you have an internship agreement, all internships lasting more than two (consecutive) months are paid. The amount of the bonus varies according to our salary scale. There are other benefits in addition to the remuneration.
How does the recruitment process work at ba&sh? +
The recruitment process can vary depending on the assignment, the type of contract and the sector you are applying for.
You will evolve alongside our passionate and talented teams!
Hiring opportunities ? +
Our former VIEs, work placements and interns are our main source of candidates for permanent graduate contracts. This experience can facilitate your hiring at ba&sh.
At ba&sh, 25% of former interns, alternates or VIEs are hired on permanent contracts.
Where can the courses take place? +
ba&sh is present throughout France and in 16 countries. There are many opportunities for internships or work-study in shops, at the head office, or on a VIE basis. Do not hesitate to consult them in the "Join the adventure" section.
What opportunities does ba&sh offer for student jobs? +
In the summer, during the school holidays and throughout the year, there are many opportunities. Available on weekends, two days a week? ba&sh offers you flexible and agile contracts or assignments and adapts to your schedule.
In which countries does ba&sh offer VIEs? +
ba&sh is present in 16 countries. The majority of our opportunities are based in New York and Shanghai.
Is it possible to do a apprenticeship contract at ba&sh? +
Supporting young people towards employment and training is a priority at ba&sh. Work-linked training allows students to prepare a diploma or a qualification while gaining practical training with professional experience in a company. There are 2 types of contracts: the apprenticeship contract (6 to 36 months) and the professionalization contract (6 to 36 months). It is also possible to do a sandwich course.

What are ba&sh's sustainability commitments? +
Officially launched in April 2021, BLOSSOM is ba&sh's sustainability programme.
However, it was in 2017 that ba&sh embarked on a profound and ambitious transformation and established a concrete action plan.
The architecture of the strategy covers social, environmental and societal issues: choice of eco-responsible materials, transparency & traceability in the value chain, supplier support, monitoring and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, circular economy and sustainable innovations.
ba&sh also supports causes that are close to its heart. In particular, the brand has been committed to the fight against violence against women for over two years with Women Safe & Children.
In 2019, €100,000 was raised and donated to the association.
