ba&sh is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to take part in the development of the brand in North America. As a member of the finance team in the North America business unit, your will (i) work with the Head of finance on a wide range of financial topics and you will (ii) act as a business partner with the other departments to help them develop the business and better understand their financial performance. When needed, you will also help your team on accounting-related tasks. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and you will be based in New York City.

Within the Finance department, you report directly to the North America Head of Finance. You are in charge of the accounting of the Business Units North America.

In this capacity, your missions are as follows:

The Accountant will:

• Be responsible for the monthly closing of Ba&sh subsidiaries in Canada and the US
• Be responsible for accounting for the subsidiaries and ensuring that the financial flows are accurate
• Act as a liaison between the HQ Finance team and Ba&sh’s accounting partners in the US and Canada

Accounting

• Coordinate the preparation of monthly closings to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide all necessary documents and information to accounting partners for monthly closings (sales, inventory, vendor invoices, employees expenses, rents and commissions)
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system and make sure invoices are properly coded
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable of the subsidiary
• Ensures accounts payable invoices and expense claims are accurate, properly coded and authorized for payment
• Expense reports
• Intercompany invoices
• Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed
• Reconciliation of retail payments
• Tag and monitor fixed assets
• Prepare monthly accrual process

Reporting

• Balance sheet and P&L monthly analysis
• Review closing results against budget, follow up on variances, and alert on potential overspending

In addition, you will ensure compliance with ba&sh's CSR policy and the development of the Blossom strategy within your department.

Au sein de l’équipe Merchandising North America, vous rapportez directement au Head of Merchandise North America. Vous êtes en charge de différentes missions relatives à l’approvisionnement de la Business Unit North America.

Vos missions sont les suivantes :

• Mise à jour hebdomadaire des fichiers d’approvisionnement
• Mise à jour des reports stock: out-of-stock, back in stock, niveau de stock par point de vente, etc
• Suivi des réceptions à l’entrepôt et implantations des nouveaux vestiaires
• Suivi des ruptures de stock & commande de réassorts
• Mise à jour du calendrier des livraisons & suivi des retards
• Communication du listing des démarques & suivi de la performance des soldes
• Mise en place d’actions pour optimiser les performances en magasin : transferts inter-magasins, push produit, ajustement de la profondeur en magasin
• Réponse aux demandes de stock spécifique des magasins
• Focus  sur les performances de nos E-partenaires :
• Analyse hebdomadaire & mensuelle (hits, poids famille, taux de retour, etc.)
• Ajustement de l’assortiment et des profondeurs de stock en cours de saisons
• Envoie des catalogues produits
