General terms and conditions of use of the website and the services offered.

The use of the website www.talents.ba-sh.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") implies full and complete acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, so users of the Site are invited to consult them on a regular basis.
The Site is accessible to users at any time. However, BA&SH may decide to interrupt the service for technical maintenance purposes, and BA&SH will then endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.
The Site is updated regularly by the BA&SH teams. In the same way, these Legal Notices may be modified at any time: the version in force on the date of the user's navigation applies to the user who is invited to refer to it as often as possible in order to be informed of it.

Applicable law and jurisdiction.

Any dispute related to the use of the Site is subject to French law. The competent court in the event of a dispute shall be the court of the user's domicile.
