The team works with every department on a day-to-day basis to assess operations and produce related financial and accounting information. The department feels pretty studious, but don’t be fooled: they’re a fun, good-natured bunch !

From recruitment to career management, from training to payroll, the department has a plenty of wide-ranging responsibilities. The human resources team manages ba&sh’s 800 global employees on a day-to-day basis. Their challenge? Promoting growth whilst ensuring enjoyment. The department focuses on management, well-being at work and career opportunities. It’s there to help employees to grow, developing their careers with ambition, energy and passion.
Strategy & Sustainability
Working at the project management office involves overseeing, coordinating, managing and supporting French and international teams to ensure that everyone gives of their best to help the brand to grow. Project management is the key to success at ba&sh who engaged the sustainability development.
I.T
ba&sh is booming; communicating, sharing and optimising the flow of information are some of the major issues facing the IT teams. These challenges involve the constant set-up of new processes, IT facilities and tools in all departments. The teams manage the set-up and migration of our IT systems. Sharing information: that’s their job !
