Scopo
L'Assistente Manager supporta il Manager in tutte le sue mansioni e lo sostituisce in caso di assenza.
È responsabile dell'organizzazione generale del punto vendita e del rispetto della normativa interna.
Compiti
- "Super venditore":
- Far crescere il fatturato: Accogliere i clienti e comprendere le loro esigenze, guidarli verso i prodotti e le collezioni più adatti, gestire i pagamenti e incoraggiare la fidelizzazione dei clienti.
- Partecipare allo sviluppo della multicanalità: accogliere i clienti, promuovere vendite supplementari.
- Monitorare le casse e, se necessario, effettuare operazioni bancarie.
- Tenere d'occhio gli indicatori di vendita dei POS e aiutare il responsabile a lanciare le attività quotidiane.
- 2° Manager e coach
- Trasmettere conoscenze e competenze al team e aiutare il manager nelle riunioni.
- Motivare e stimolare la voglia del team di sviluppare le vendite.
- Competenze e azioni: Applicare le procedure interne e i piani d'azione definiti e assicurarsi che vengano rispettati.
- Assicurarsi che le attività dei colleghi siano coordinate e controllate.
- Delegare i compiti in modo significativo, seguirli e verificarne l'esecuzione.
- Assistente del direttore dell'amministrazione del punto vendita:
Assistere e monitorare il responsabile per ciascuna delle seguenti attività:
- Manutenzione e merchandising.
- Mantenere il punto vendita pulito e attraente.
- Eseguire le istruzioni di merchandising e le operazioni commerciali secondo le linee guida.

Purpose
The Assistant Manager supports the Manager in all their tasks and replaces them in case of absence.
They are responsible for the general organisation of the point of sale and ensuring the internal regulations are complied with.
Tasks
· “Super salesperson”:
- Grow the turnover: Welcome customers and understand their needs, guide them to suitable products and collections, deal with payment and encourage client loyalty.
- Participate in developing cross-channel: welcome customers, promote additional sales.
- Monitor the cash desks and, if necessary, do banking.
- Keep an eye on the POS’ sales indicators and help the manager with daily activity launches.
· 2nd Manager and coach
- Transmit knowledge and skills to the team and help the Manager with meetings.
- Motivate and stimulate the team’s appetite for developing sales.
- Skills and action: Apply internal procedures and defined action plans and ensure they are respected.
- Ensure colleagues’ activities are co-ordinated and checked.
- Delegate tasks in a meaningful way, follow up and check how they have been carried out.
· Point of sale administration assistant manager:
Assist and monitor the manager for each of the following activities:
- Upkeep and merchandising.
ü Keep the point of sale clean and attractive.
ü Execute merchandising instructions and commercial operations according to the guidelines.
- Stock management:
ü Take delivery of and check parcels.
ü Put away, or oversee the putting away of, products on the sales floor or in the stockroom.
ü Put security tags on the articles and check both the tagging and that general security guidelines are respected.
ü Monitor the merchandise against theft and ensure staff also monitor it.
ü Organise rolling inventories.
ü Be aware of the stock level, restocks, and shrinkage rate.
- HR duties:
ü Participate in recruitment.
ü Establish schedules for the team and manage their working hours.
ü Collect and pass on the necessary information for creating employment contracts and pay.
· Brand ambassador
They are responsible for the brand’s high end image both internally with employees (employer image) and externally.
They must be an example for their team members at all times.
