ba&sh is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated FP&A Lead to support the continued growth of the brand across North America.

As part of the North America Finance team, you will partner closely with the VP of Finance on a broad range of financial and operational topics. Acting as a key business partner to cross-functional teams, you will help drive performance, support decision-making, and enhance financial visibility across the organization.

This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and business operations in a fast-growing international environment. The position is based in New York City and reports directly to the VP of Finance North America.

Your main responsibilities include : 

• Support the monthly financial reporting process for the North America business unit, including performance analysis and reporting to headquarters in Paris
• Participate in monthly business reviews and provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process and forecasts, including sales, EBITDA, and cash flow projections
• Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes, improve cost efficiency, and enhance merchandise flow management
• Partner with Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, and Marketing teams on strategic and operational initiatives
• Support business development projects through financial modeling, profitability analysis, and ad hoc analyses
• Develop and improve financial and reporting tools, primarily in Excel
• Assist the finance team during year-end closing and support external audit requests when needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls

You will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh CSR policy is adhered to and will act as its ambassador on a daily basis.

You recognise yourself in this career path :

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, audit, or corporate finance
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods is a plus
• Available from June 2026
