Descriptif du poste

Your mission

ba&sh is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to take part in the development of the brand in North America. As a member of the finance team in the North America business unit, your will (i) work with the VP Finance North America on a wide range of financial topics and you will (ii) act as a business partner with the other departments to help them develop the business and better understand their financial performance. When needed, you will also help your team on accounting-related tasks. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and you will be based in New York City.

ba&sh is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to take part in the development of the brand in North America. As a member of the finance team in the North America business unit, your will (i) work with the Head of finance on a wide range of HR topics and you will (ii) act as a business partner with the other departments to help them develop the business.

Reporting to the VP Finance North America and working within the Finance Department, you will be responsible for HR administration and payroll coordination.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

 

  • Weekly payroll processing and approval (US & Canada)
  • Administrative management of employee records (US & Canada)
  • Acting as the point of contact with payroll providers and HR service vendors
  • Ensuring HR compliance with local labor regulations
  • Preparing and maintaining HR reports
  • Updating and revamping the employee handbook (US & Canada)
  • Supporting recruitment efforts (screening and qualifying resumes)
  • Follow-up of onboarding processes for head office teams

 

 

You will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh CSR policy is adhered to and will act as its ambassador on a daily basis.

Profil recherché

You recognise yourself in this career path:

 

  • Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration, or Management
  • Interest in the fashion industry and the HR field
  • Initial experience in a similar role

 

You stand out for your:

 

  • Proactivity, autonomy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent written communication skills

 

You master:

 

  • Excel
  • Power Point
  • Knowledge of payroll software such as Justworks (US) or ADP (Canada) is a plus
  • English fluently, French is a plus
