Descriptif du poste
ba&sh is seeking Sales Associates part time and full time in their different locations in United States. Your job is to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction by providing a unique selling environment and expert advice. As a part of the ba&sh team you will be expected to help develop the brand with dedication, enthusiasm, elegance, and generosity.
YOU NEED TO …
• Have 1+ years prior fashion retail experience in a high-end environment
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Show strong styling and merchandising skills
• Be a fashion expert with impeccable presentation and good personality
• Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Be dynamic and proactive
• Be a team player
• Have exceptional time management skills
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
• Maximize sales
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise
• Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
• Be able to identify customer needs and overcome objections if raised
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Build and maintain client base; manage client book
• Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
• Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked
• Assist in all areas of stock, inventory shipping, receiving, while respecting protocol/policies
• Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
