Descriptif du poste

In order to meet our customers' expectations as effectively as possible, we are currently looking for a sales team for our ba&sh boutique, Soho, New York City. 

We are recruiting for the following positions: General Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Key Holder.

As Assistant Manager you are the right arm of the Manager of the point of sale and will help them with all their tasks. You will be in direct contact with our customers.

 

You are a brand ambassador with some key tasks:

  • Coaching the sales team (reinforcing their product knowledge and sales techniques)
  • Growing the turnover
  • The ability to encourage customer loyalty through your courtesy and relevant advice
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of our story and who we are, our offer, our silhouettes and our collections
  • Keeping the brand image bright

 

On a day-to-day basis, your role involves :

  • Your role as a link with the point-of-sale Manager
  • Motivating the sales team and sharing your expertise with them
  • Offering our customers a personalised purchasing experience
  • Keeping the point of sale clean and tidy and the merchandising up to date
  • Stock Management
  • In-depth knowledge of KPIs such as the sales index, the average basket, transformation rate and omnichannel sales

 

You will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh CSR policy is adhered to in your store and will act as its ambassador on a daily basis.


Profil recherché

You need to :

  • Have a prior fashion retail experience in a high-end environment
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service
  • Show strong styling and merchandising skills
  • Be a fashion expert with impeccable presentation and good personality
  • Have good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be dynamic and proactive
  • Be a team player
  • Have exceptional time management skills

 

Your contract :  

  • Job Type : Full-time
  • Weekly day range : Weekend availability
  • Work Location : One location
  • Shift: 8 hour shift
