Ba&sh Ba&sh

ba&sh is looking for a Wholesale Customer Service Associate to support our US wholesale business by delivering exceptional service to our retail partners.

Working closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams, you will manage orders, coordinate shipments, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

 

Your main responsibilities include :  

Order Management

  • Manage the full order lifecycle from RTS (ready-to-ship) through delivery, including proactive communication on order status, delays, and fulfillment gaps on specialty stores
  • Create and maintain RTS reports; coordinate with accounts to ensure orders ship within confirmed delivery windows
  • Process reorders and swap orders in a timely manner to maximize fulfillment rate
  • Maintain customer account statements with accuracy at all times
  • Manage the weekly RTS tracker and update client-level feedback; escalate issues to leadership as needed

 

Logistics Compliance

  • Build and manage the picking and shipment workflow from warehouse pick through carrier handoff
  • Coordinate with the internal logistics team and couriers to resolve transit delays and minimize delivery exceptions
  • Track shipments end-to-end and proactively flag issues to accounts and internal stakeholders
  • Verify and dispute shipment discrepancy claims in partnership with the logistics team
  • Facilitate return authorizations per account executive approval; ensure all return policies and guidelines are followed

 

Invoicing & Accounts Receivable

  • Generate invoices in Dynamics upon shipment confirmation; troubleshoot any invoice or system discrepancies
  • Manage payment processing for pre-pay clients via Cardpointe and factored clients through Hilldun
  • Run the monthly wholesale accounts receivable report; monitor aging invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain the relationship with Hilldun, addressing feedback and resolving disputes in a timely manner

 

10eleven assistance

  • Work closely and support 10eleven for client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner 

 

You will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh CSR policy is adhered to and will act as its ambassador on a daily basis.
