Stellenbeschreibung

As a Store Manager, you lead, supervise, and develop a dynamic sales team.

You embody the brand, with the following key missions :

• Managing the store

• Leading the team

• Driving sales growth and performance indicators

• Delivering excellent service to our customers

• Sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team

• Mastering our history, codes, product range, and collection silhouettes

• Overseeing all “non-sales” activities related to the organization and smooth running of the store

• Promoting the brand image

 

On a day-to-day basis, your role involves :

• Exemplary use of sales techniques such as spontaneous customer engagement, cross-selling and/or upselling, and customer loyalty building

• Maintaining the store’s excellent appearance and merchandising

• Driving overall momentum to achieve commercial objectives

• Overseeing the store’s administrative and HR processes, as well as the team’s

• Organizing the store in line with ba&sh’s strategy and guidelines

• Adhering to ba&sh’s commercial and managerial methods
