In direct contact with the Retail Department, you will be in charge of the development of the turnover and profitability of your stores.

As a field manager and brand ambassador, your duty will be to ensure quality service and customer loyalty.

You will have to support store managers in the organization of the store, the management and the animation of the sales teams.

You will also be the driving force behind the optimization and acceleration of the revenue and profitability of your scope by proposing concrete and relevant action plans, as well as by effectively managing your payroll.

Your role will also be to make sure that the standards of the stores are respected: visual merchandising, sales ceremonial, customer experience and coordinating schedules to achieve a level of operational excellence in terms of staff.

You will control and adjust the execution of the store procedures, administrative and qualitative.

Finally, you will be in charge of team management: coaching, evaluation and animation of sales teams from a commercial and a human point of view.


profil recherché

With a higher commercial training (Bac +3/5), you have a first successful experience of at least 5 years as Regional Manager ideally acquired in the retail sector.

Passionate about sales, you are known for your taste for challenge and performance. You are a merchant and a results-oriented person with a good priority management.

Autonomous and responsive, you are able to propose innovative action plans to support in the best way the performance of your stores.

With a strong fashion culture and a real product sensitivity, you also have strong managerial skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
