descriptif du poste

The Wholesale planner function is to drive the business through strategic merchandise planning, inventory management, reporting and commercial analysis. This individual will also contribute directly to ba&sh expansion in the North America market with its communication with our wholesale clients.

This role is key to develop the business by identifying risks and opportunities.





  • Manage order management process in coordination with the wholesale customer service rep. 
  • Ensure all sales tool platform sites are up to date in time for market.
  • Coordinate delivery of samples with the wholesale customer service to meet each market’s deadline.
  • Work closely with our warehouse, transport and production team to ensure goods are leaving in a timely manner in order for deadlines/sales forecasts to be met.
  • Partner with the retail planner and the wholesale team to liquidate past seasons residual stock. This includes sharing accurate ATS and overseeing order preparation.


  • Produce weekly reports recapping sales and inventory by department, product category and by door. Recap business by category, style, color and size and create best seller/hindsight reports on a weekly basis to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Weekly assessment of our main partners Sell through and establishing action plans to improve them.
  • Work closely with internal teams (i.e. Sales, Merchandising, Finance) to provide analysis and reports.
  • Manage the in season ATS and create action plans in order to increase sales and improve residual stock.
  • Ad hoc reporting for senior management.


  • Reporting and performance analysis. Manage topline sales by account, style selling, regional recaps and ad hoc deep dives
  • Monthly Sales and Margin Forecasting
  • Monitor wholesale product sell thrus and work with global planning team to manage company inventory
  • Partner with AE’s in prepping for market by creating hindsight analysis recaps and financial overviews
  • Recommend buys, in coordination with wholesale teams, based on thorough analysis of retail business prior to each market to achieve increased sales, profitability and sell-thru % by class and department.
  • Review and analyze profitability monthly and propose creative ideas to minimize MDA, RTV and drive top line sales.
  • Provide a weekly shipping recap vs. budget and LY.
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by category. Communicate risk and incremental opportunities.
  • Partner with supply planning to ensure proper quantities are purchased to support forecast.
  • Partner with production team on recuts to chase business

profil recherché

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of wholesale planning experience in the fashion industry
  • Experience working with an ERP and WMS
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail math
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, stores, departments and team members
  • Ability to adjust to competing and shifting priorities.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work with international team
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, motivated to learn
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Experience with major wholesale partners a plus
  • French speaking is a plus
