ba&sh is seeking a Client Relations Manager to manage and drive clienteling strategies and programs in North America.

The Client Relations Manager will manage all client activities and provide tactical support for client acquisition and development initiatives, partnering with the ba&sh North America marketing team to increase business opportunities, drive customer loyalty, upselling & retention, and create long-term value for both clients and the company.


He or She will play a key role in spreading the clienteling vision, culture & strategy amongst the North America store teams, working closely with them to communicate KPI’s and align on market activities to meet and exceed established goals.

This role will report into the VP of Marketing for North America.



-          Strategy & Analytics:

  • Partner with marketing team to define the North America clienteling strategy and establish KPI’s.
  • Leverage client & market data and analysis to set store objectives, create tailored local clienteling strategies, and oversee the development of targeted client lists.
  • Conduct customer data analysis to support clienteling business needs and opportunities on a regular basis.
  • Develop and maintain strategies for attracting new clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies for personalized VIP client experiences for top clients.
  • Partner with CRM team to drive customer loyalty and sales via cross-channel marketing tactics.
  • Maintain and ensure proper allocation of clienteling budget and expenses.

-          Retail Management:

  • Manage and optimize the clienteling program across stores and online, working closely with store managers and staff in key cities.
  • Inspire and support the store teams to develop a client-oriented mindset, ensuring proper understanding and execution of all clienteling activities, collecting needs and sharing best practices, liaising directly with HQ.
  • Constantly monitor and coach store teams on data collection and tool usage. To ensure they are achieving their data capture, frequency and retention KPIs.
  • Manage key VIP strategies in store.

profil recherché

-          Min 2-3 years within the retail, luxury or hospitality industry

-          Clienteling experience in luxury/fashion retail

-          Strong customer focus

-          Sophisticated relationship management skills

-          Experience with both retail and e-commerce channels

-          Successful track record of working with cross-functional teams

-          Comfortable with customer data analysis and interpretation

-          Scrappy, start-up mentality

-          Detail-oriented

-          Exceptional written and oral communication skills

-          Experience managing multi-faceted projects or events

-          BA/BS degree from 4-year university  

-          Fluent in English; French is a plus

-          Currently living in the US

-          Resume + application has to be in ENGLISH
