Descriptif du poste

ba&sh is looking for a compassionate, friendly, and creative go-getter to join the ba&sh customer service team. As Coordinator of Customer Loyalty you will ensure that our customers have a best-in-class customer experience and continue their journey with ba&sh.


Position: Part-time. 3 days a week. 25 hours a week



  • You will own the customer service email and SMS requests. This will require you to be detail oriented as well as compassionate to our customers’ needs
  • You will support the Customer Loyalty Associate in managing the phone line. You will demonstrate a professional and friendly tone when communicating with ba&sh customers
  • You will proactively reach out to and build relationships with our most loyal customers to ensure they are given an exceptional experience
  • You will have a consistent drive to keep our customers happy by maintaining a compassionate and energetic tone to help improve our customers’ day and relieve them of any concerns related to ba&sh
  • You will keep an omnichannel mindset, working cross-functionally with our retail team, e-commerce team and merchandising teams to fulfill customers’ needs
  • You will become an expert in our systems that will enable you to manage requests related to a customer’s order or customer profile
  • You will support our customer loyalty associate in presenting new ideas & creative strategies to ensure ba&sh has the best and most innovative customer service available

Profil recherché

  • 1-2 years of experience in community management or customer service
  • Compassionate attitude and a drive to make others happy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in E-Commerce customer service a plus
